How do i know if need counselling?

I’m biased, but I think everyone could benefit from having someone safe to talk to when things aren't going the way they had hoped. Nonetheless, it's a valid question. Maybe you feel like you should be able to handle problems on your own, that going for counselling makes you "weak," or perhaps you've minimized your issues. But really, counselling just means you are struggling with an issue and feel an objective third party might be able to help you sort out that burden you've been carrying around.
